In 1968-1989 Adam Michnik was one of the leading organizers of the illegal, democratic opposition in Communist Poland. Mr. Michnik is a reknowned historian, essayist and political commentator, and is the editor of Poland's largest daily newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza.

We have the honour of inviting you to a seminar with Mr. Adam MIchnik to mark the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Iron Curtain. During the seminar, Mr Adam Michnik will discuss past and present Poland, old and new Europe with the distinguished foreign Swedish correspondent Kjell Albin Abrahamson.

The seminar is translated to Swedish by Stefan Ingvarsson.
